This 2 storey, 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 8 people. Please bring your own sheets and towels (linen hire available on request) and all food, drinks and personal items. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a riverfront location, complete with a pontoon that feels remote but is only 5 minutes from Brooklyn. The space This family holiday home includes one triple and two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a reading alcove, open-plan living areas, a modern kitchen and a dining area. An enormous deck fronts the river, offering stunning views. The bedding configuration is: 1 x King 1 x Queen 3 x King Singles 1 x Queen Sofa in the alcove The house has reverse-cycle air conditioning, a stereo TV system with Foxtel, an additional TV in the main bedroom, three outdoor entertaining decks, a Webber BBQ, and magnificent river views from most rooms. A selection of books and games is provided. Please bring your own sheets and towels and all food, drinks, and personal and bathroom items. Linen hire available on request. Please take all your rubbish with you when you leave - there is no garbage service. Guest access Full use of the entire house and private pontoon for boat parking up to 5.5 metres. The jetty is shared with the neighbour. A swing mooring for boats up to 10 metres, or a second boat, is available on request. (Please note that use of the jetty, pontoon and swing mooring are all at the vessel owner's own risk.) A small boat/tinnie is available for hire from Hawkesbury Water Taxi, call Neal and mention Deepwater for special pricing. Other things to note BOAT ACCESS ONLY Little Wobby is 5 minutes by boat from Brooklyn, NSW. Access is by own boat, water taxi or ferry (30 min walk from public jetty). Linen hire (sheets, towels, tea towels) available on request. No garbage service. No local shops, please bring everything you need with you.
