DISTRIBUTION: Ground floor: kitchen, living room, bathroom, 1 bedroom and garage/laundry. Upper floor: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Possibility to park inside the house (garage) and/or nearby for free. We have a travel crib on request, baby bathtub and high chair. Guest access The house has a fully equipped kitchen (kitchenware, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, microwave, etc.). Induction cooktop. In the garage area, in addition to the car, you can also store beach chairs, surfboards, umbrella... The garage also has a laundry area (washing machine and several wall-mounted and other portable clotheslines, ironing board and iron). There is a folding table and chairs in case you want to put them on the street (wide public and pedestrian area next to the house). Other things to note It is one of the oldest houses.
