Gîte de La Bascule

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes. The space The accommodation includes a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 independent bedrooms and a room with sofa bed. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs, the bathroom and toilet are mid-floor. (6 steps, a landing and again 6 steps). The house is completely independent and reserved for guests. Guest access La Bascule is a hamlet where there are no shops or restaurants. For groceries, you have to go to Lormes or Avallon. Other things to note There are 2 coffee makers in the kitchen. A coffee maker with filter for ground coffee and a Senséo coffee maker (pods). There is always some coffee available upon arrival.
