The living area is particularly bright thanks to the large window overlooking the equipped patio, which features a dining table and a relaxing area with sofas and the swimming pool. The villa has a modern style but at the same time presents typical elements of the Sicilian tradition that make the house cozy and polished. All rooms are air-conditioned. The bedrooms are also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. The 5x5 infinity pool with a 2x11 lane is surrounded by a large solarium equipped with sunbeds and an outdoor shower. Next to the solarium, there is a further patio with a sink, worktop and charcoal barbecue. Guests have access to an additional external bathroom with wc and basin and a laundry area. Through an external staircase, you can reach a terrace where you find a small gym and from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding vineyards, the sea, and the castle of Calatatubo. The villa is completely fenced. Villa della Qubbah is about 4 km from the center of Alcamo Marina. The picturesque seaside town of Castellammare, with its charming castle and harbour, is 9 km away from the villa. The seaside town of Balestrate, with its restaurants and coffee bars, is 5 km away. Over there, you also find a long, well-equipped sandy beach with lidos. Guest access Villa della Qubbah is about 4 km from the center of Alcamo Marina, 10 km from the center of Castellammare del Golfo, and 6 km from Balestrate. Within few minutes by car, you can reach restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc., etc. Other things to note • The Municipality of Alcamo applies a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from payment. The tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in.
