Small villa located at 3kms of Monaco, with a pleasant garden and a small sea sight released. You will enjoy a nice private garden with sea view and hammock to rest! The steps near the gate leads to a private road arriving in 10mns to a lovely nudist beach, a little rocky . The space The house is completely furnished with two double beds for 4 people, and the possibility of an extra folding bed for a child.( main room with a 140cms. Bed ///a BZ sofa bed 140cms. In the lounge) and baby bed. The first part of the house includes an equipped kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed. The second part of the house includes a large bedroom with a double bed (an additional single bed for a child ), a full bathroom with shower, a closet and a separate toilet. There are some specifics items for young children (baby bed, baby high chair , baby wc seat) and the garden is safe for them. Guest access The villa is located 800 m.from downtown Cap d’Ail. There is a practical and frequent bus connecting Nice and Monaco, with a bus stop right in front of the house entrance! If you have a car, there is a possibility of private parking (15€day) 100m from the house (upon request and with conditions – please ask), or/and other possibilities to park outside nearby (along the "centre auto"). The possibilité of parking places is really really difficult That’s why we prefer people with no car or a two wheels . About the centre auto , the car must be taken out at 7pm and a parking place must be find outside . Other things to note The price depends on the period of travel
