Built in robes and tea and coffee making facilities provided as well as Linen and towels. Situated near World Class Golf Courses, Southland Shopping Centre, Bayside Beaches, Cheltenham Station and a cafes and Restaurants, all within walking distance. The space Bright, airy, stylish and compact with comfy Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, and induction hob. There is also a Nespresso machine and coffee pods and tea are provided. Or you can explore numerous local cafes, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There is a split system aircon and heater that keeps the place at a comfortable temperature all year round. The bungalow has its own seperate entrance and pool views. PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool is for private use only and not available for the guests use. It is situated in the back yard of our 1900’s period home. Its not sparkling new and there are signs of age, but it’s clean and comfortable and well appointed. Cheltenham train station, Southland shopping centre, Seaview shops and the beach are all within a 5-20 minute walk. Guest access Guests have there own separate entrance via a side gate. During your stay I’m around to offer tips or advise if and when needed. Other things to note The bungalow is situated in the backyard of our family home. I live there with my husband and 2 teenaged boys and a gorgeous mini labradoodle. The bungalow is separate from the house and you have a seperate entrance.
