Our beautiful basement flat is unusually light and spacious and the perfect place for a beach escape with the seaside just ten minutes walk away. You will have your own entrance and sole use of the flat. We live in the house above with our 3 children, who you will be able to hear on occasion…although you may be able to hear us, we can’t hear you, so come and go as you please. Parking is available for one car on a driveway. Please ask for a ferry discount code. The space Sole use of the apartment with private entrance. Most of the artwork is available to purchase. 10 minutes to the beach. Outside area with garden bench, perfect for eating those fish and chips! Guest access Small patio area at front of the apartment. No grass. Other things to note We live above the property in the main house with our three young children, you will be able to hear us on occasion and should you need anything don’t hesitate to ask.
