The property is located on the "fringe" of the beautiful Moresby Ranges - enjoy the amazing sunsets and ocean views from your private alfresco area. Your accommodation is a seperate, comfortable, self contained limestone villa (positioned approx 15m from main house), set amongst a peaceful and tranquil environment, with an abundance of bird life in a natural habitat. Amazing firepit area is great to catch up (seasonal) and enjoy a chat.... Note - Single night stay may be available on request. The space Very comfortable and inviting accommodation with all the comforts of home; Entertainment - Access to Netflix, Dvd's, books & games. Kitchen - Full size fridge, microwave, toaster, Air Fryer, Cooking equipment, Nespresso Coffee Machine (pods supplied), Tea, coffee, sugar, milk & even biscuits. Cereal also provided. Alfresco area - Private courtyard, Hooded BBQ (with separate external burner), Outdoor settings and full access to pool area (please note - this is a shared area). Laundry - Access to private washing machine & undercover clothesline, Iron & ironing board. All of this in a Semi-rural location, with an abundance of wildlife (kanagroos, rabbits, birds). All within close proximity of Geraldton Town Centre. Guest access You'll be able to access the pool area and fire pit areas (these are both shared areas) Other things to note Please be aware that we have a friendly dog (Jess) on the property, that loves people.
