Settled in a 13-acre private plot of land, this captivating home lays in 120m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 60m² infinity private swimming pool (1,50 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ & Sink) under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dinning area. The outdoor area is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summery living and an unforgettable holiday experience. 
* The ground floor Villa is accessible by wheelchair, however, the facilities and bathrooms are not specifically designed for wheelchair access.

The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. 

The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and one extra guest can be accommodated in the couch of the living room area. The maximum capacity is 7 guests.
