The Alves da Veiga Rooftop is located in downtown Porto, just 2min away from Mercado do Bolhão. It’s a 200sqm loft with 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms (both downstairs), a spacious terrace and 2 balconies. It's full of light and space for up to 4 people. You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline! The space Central location. 2min from Rua Santa Catarina (for shopping) and Mercado do Bolhão (for fresh fish and groceries) . 2min from the Bolhão subway station with connection to the airport through the Trindade subway station. Spacious. Plenty of light. Ideal for 4 people. The upstairs bedroom can either be a 2 single or a twin bedroom, you choose. Please bear in mind that the upstairs bedroom does not have a bathroom, as it is located downstairs. The downstairs room is set as a queen bed and has its own private bathroom. You have a parking space, elevator, AC, bluetooth speaker for music, a safe for your personal belongings, a washer, a separate dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. If you came for work there is a work desk, a printer and a super fast internet (1000 download /400 upload via wifi)! We have a Samsung SmartTV with access to HBO, Netflix and more. The Alves the Veiga Rooftop is ideal for families or couples, long stays or short visits to Porto. Enjoy the sunsets on the terrace with a nice bottle of wine! Guest access You have reserved the apartment all for yourself. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Please note that there is a price for 2 people and additional fee per night for the 3rd and 4th persons - so when you book please make sure you select the number of people that will be staying with you at the apartment. The price for 4 people will be different from the price for 2 people. We do not allow parties or venues at the apartment. After 22.00 please be respectful of your neighbours as this is a residential building and we live in the apartment next door. If you plan to welcome people over to the apartment we expect you to let us know in advance and respect the quiet hours at all times. We also expect that the number of people you reserved the apartment for is the number of people that will be staying at the apartment at all times. Other things to note Please note: > The apartment is on the 4th floor, with elevator but there are stairs to access the upstairs floor inside the apartment. > One of the rooms is on the 1st floor and the other one is on the 2nd floor. Both bathrooms are on the 1st floor. > The apartment does not have a reception but we like to personally welcome all our guests. Guests are kindly requested to inform their estimated time of arrival in advance, so that we can plan and organise our day accordingly. > Early / Late check-ins / outs may be possible, depending on availability. Nevertheless they must be organized with at least 48hours notice. > All our guests are required by law to provide their ID/Passport to and we are obliged to communicate this information to Immigration and Borders Service (SEF).
