Beautiful Villa, pool, close to Somone and Ocean

Located in Senegal, on the Petite Côte, and an hour from Dakar, this bio-climatic villa on stilts will seduce you. Close to the Somone lagoon in a very quiet area, the staff will be at your disposal. The overall appearance of the house is enchanting, it combines comfort and aesthetics. The furniture is made by talented Senegalese artisans. The terrace enjoys a sea breeze all year round. The pool is lovely although the sea is 300 m away. The space 4 bedrooms in 2 separate buildings, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool with barbecue, outdoor kitchen and shower. The doors and windows of each room are equipped with mosquito nets. A fan is installed in each room. Solar panels and a water reserve are there to compensate for power outages. Weekly or weekend rental. Staff available, partly included in the rate, for babysitting, and cleaning. Supplement of 5 euros/day, to be paid directly to the cook for the kitchen. The house has been open for rent since the end of its construction in October 2012. Guest access Villa Les Alamandas is rented as an entire home. There is no one overlooking the pool, the adjacent land being a garden. Other things to note Included in the rental rate: The presence of the guard day and night for the surveillance of the property, the maintenance of the pool and green spaces. Housekeeper available (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) for cleaning, laundry and ironing your personal belongings. For the preparation of meals, provide 5 euro per day to be given directly to her. A deposit check of 300 euros made out to my name Amina Leclerc must be given to the caretaker, recoverable upon departure if everything is in order. WIFI Wifi/ to be paid to the caretaker, your Orange pass according to your consumption. To cook, provide a package of 3000 CFA/5 euros per day for the housekeeper if you ask her to cook. Ousmane, the driver, will be at your disposal as soon as you arrive at the airport. (Airport - Guéréo transfer: 18,000 CFA per car (4 people) to be paid directly to the driver). However, due to the parking prices of the new airport, allow 1000 CFA/per hour of delay. Minibus (11 people) /80,000 CFA/110 euros) available upon request and parking at your expense.
