Welcome to our wonderful seaside home in beautiful Portballintrae! Our modern, comfortable house accommodates up to 8 guests and sits just minutes from the beach. You'll love the spacious open-plan living area, fully-equipped kitchen, and large deck that's perfect for evening BBQs while watching the sunset. With the Giant's Causeway and other North Coast treasures nearby, our home offers the ideal base for exploring the best of Northern Ireland's stunning coastline. The space Our roomy detached home is tastefully furnished throughout. Downstairs features a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area at the rear, plus a cosy separate living room at the front stocked with games and books for rainy days. Both living areas have log burning fires, perfect for cosy days in the colder months. The four bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite and a double downstairs, plus two twin rooms upstairs sharing a bathroom. The recently refurbished downstairs family bathroom features a large walk-in shower with drench head. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a dishwasher, boiling water tap, American fridge freezer with ice dispenser, Nespresso machine, induction hob, double oven, and plenty of quality cooking equipment. Outside, enjoy our large enclosed decking area with charcoal BBQ – brilliant for sunny days – and a spacious lawn at the front. Guest access Guests have use of the whole house. Other things to note The front living room is well-equipped with a range of games, puzzles and books. We've also provided plenty of beach gear for your use, including buckets, spades, kites, camp chairs, picnic rugs and beach towels. The house has fast WiFi and 2 large smart TVs (you'll need your own login details for some apps). Please note that pets and parties aren't permitted. We typically accept bookings with a maximum of 6 adults – if your group includes more adults, please get in touch before booking.
