Open floor plan. The living room boasts a 55" smart tv complete with internet and cable. The bedroom is complete with a queen size bed and comfortable bedding. Full bathroom and small toiletries are provided along with a full kitchen, dining table, and kitchen snacks. Plenty of natural lighting is present and the unit is heated/cooled with your own ptac unit (similar to those in hotels) So you are free to adjust in however you need. Ceiling fans are also located in each room. Parking is located under the carport. A similar set up is located on the left side. If this side is booked for the dates you are looking for, please contact us about the left side or look up "Evelyn's Place". You have access to all parts of the right side of the duplex and one parking space under the carport. You also have access to the right side of the back patio. The duplex is located in the Inglewood neighborhood. This quiet neighborhood is only 4.8 miles from downtown Nashville, 5.9 miles from the Gulch, and 7.5 miles from 12th South. The neighborhood itself boast some cute shops and close fast food restaurants for any late night cravings. A Kroger is also located a street or two over and may be helpful. We recommend getting an uber, renting a car, or there are metro bus stops down the road. Please be mindful that this is a duplex and there may be people staying on the other side. Please do not have frequent guests stay over and be mindful that the parking is shared with the other side of the duplex. While we are fully aware that people get away to enjoy themselves, please be respectful of any other guests. Likewise, please let us know if there are any problems with your stay immediately in order to give us a chance to resolve those issues as they occur!
