Private Bedroom in College area

Quiet and clean bedroom available for guests. Queen size bed with drawers to store your clothes/belongings during your stay. It’s a private bedroom not an entire place. The space 420 friendly. No kids. Absolutely no cigarette smoking inside, only on the balcony. • Please try to eat in the dining area and not inside the room. • No pets, alcohol, or glass allowed in the pool or spa area. • Please respect our neighbors and keep noise down between 8pm-8am. • Laundry onsite •No partying and overnight guests. Guest access Guest can use the entertainment system in the living room which includes 42" inch TV, netflix, spotify, hulu, SlingTV, Amazon Prime TV. Guest can also use the Refrigerator and Kitchen to cook as long as they wash the dishes after themselves.
