Modern living in a historic townhouse - under this motto we offer you an exceptional accommodation for 2-3 people in the middle of the gastronomic and cultural center in the historic old town of Stade at the oldest Hanseatic harbor in Europe. The apartment - with its own terrace and sauna - is quietly and shielded in the courtyard of one of the oldest listed townhouses in Stade. In this courtyard you can park your bikes safely and securely. The space The extraordinary thing about our apartment is that it was built in a swimming pool with a conservatory. This unusual origin was lovingly preserved during the renovation into a modern contemporary apartment. On the ground floor, the conservatory has been furnished as a living area with an integrated kitchen. High-quality blinds on the surrounding wooden lattice windows protect against the sun and allow for complete privacy if necessary. A new level of wood and glass has been added to the swimming pool, with the sleeping area on one side and the bathroom on the other, made of satinized glass. Below this new level, a sauna and utility room with washing machine, etc. were installed. In the protected, Mediterranean-style courtyard, a private terrace is at your disposal. Here you can also park your bikes safely. The Schwinge, the Holzhafen and the Burggraben with their waterways and historic ramparts invite you to take a walk, jog or go canoeing and stand-up paddling. You can get in right in front of our front door - there is a jetty in the Hanseatic harbor.
