The space CasaMar accommodates guests with four (4) bedrooms, three and a half (3 1/2) baths, and several common spaces. In addition to the bedrooms there are two other rooms with sofa beds. The interior of the home is outfitted with a library, TVs, DVDs, VCRs, a pool table, and a completely stocked kitchen. A large deck off the back of the house leads out to an over-sized heated swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by beautiful mature trees, a hammock for lounging, an outdoor fire pit, and an over-sized picnic table. Located just one block from two beach access points, Lake Michigan and its beautiful beaches are only a five minute stroll away. CasaMar sleeps 12, which is the maximum number of guests permitted to stay. Guest access All spaces are intended for guest use, unless they are locked. If the room is locked, then it is not permitted for guest access. Other things to note * There are guest rules to sign upon arrival (i.e. no children in the pool under 16 past 10 pm). * Pricing is subject to change until booking confirmation. Pricing on Airbnb is different than booking directly through us. * CasaMar requires identification to be verified by Airbnb for successful booking of the property.
