The space The rental price includes sales taxes (GST, QST) and lodging tax. These taxes are added in the Tourist taxes and fees section. Other characteristics to take into account: - Note that heating is available from +-October to +-May and air conditioning is available from +-June to +-September. - Note that we include 2 coffee capsules per person/stay to allow our customers to start their stay hassle-free. - No bicycles are tolerated in the rental units. Please contact the owner to find out the appropriate place to store your bike or any other. - The rental does not include access to parking. There are however parking possibilities in the surrounding streets on weekends and evenings of the week and otherwise, the Dorchester Parking is a few meters away. - Check-in will be autonomous and can be done from 4 p.m., check-out is until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Housing : - You will appreciate my accommodation for its comfort and location. - The studio can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 2nd floor.
