Close to the marshes

Characterful studio located in a small alley typical of Charentais villages (Mornac sur Seudre, place called AGNOUX, 1.8 km from the center of MORNAC), with exposed stones (adjacent to our renovated Charentais house), private courtyard facing a small soothing garden. Fully equipped, furnished accommodation. You will be 10 km from the beaches of PONTAILLAC (BEACH of the Gironde estuary) and 20 km from the ocean beaches. We hope to see you there very soon. The space You will be accommodated in a quiet area, overlooking a flower garden. However, your outdoor space is fenced, in order to preserve your privacy. For information purposes and to be transparent, the sleeping area is located on the mezzanine (You will have to bend down at the entrance to the room in order to reach the bottom of the mezzanine and stand), not very pleasant for tall people and the elderly!! Hope to see you this summer. Other things to note I propose to provide towels and washcloths free of charge, renewed after one week.
