This beautiful apartment is located just a few steps from the sea in a unique location close to the center of Zadar. It features one bedroom and a very cozy living and dining area with an extraordinary view overlooking the islands. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and offers 55 square meters of interior space, along with two terraces (25 square meters of outdoor space in total). The interior features a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for four, and a cozy corner sofa facing a 55" android TV. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a modern walk-in shower (solar-powered hot water available 24 hours a day) and one bedroom. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Guest access As our guests, you are free to use everything in the apartment, and if there is anything missing, we will certainly try to provide it for you :) You are also welcome to use the BBQ and the solar shower located in the front yard. One of the nicest features of the apartment is the front terrace, which offers a peaceful place to enjoy the sea view, especially in the evening, when you can watch beautiful sunsets. This is one of the things Zadar is famous for and was even recommended by Alfred Hitchcock ;) Other things to note Check-in is generally after 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. However, in some cases these times can be flexible (for example, if the apartment is not occupied on the day of arrival or departure). In such cases, it is very important that guests inform us about the need for an earlier check-in or a later check-out a few days before arrival (or during the booking process). This allows us enough time to check availability and coordinate the request.
