High Park North Studio

A nice West Toronto neighbourhood with walking distance amenities, located near public transit + 30 minutes from downtown. Our cozy studio space has your own entrance + is perfect for visiting family in the neighbourhood, couples + solo adventurers. Street parking is extra. Close to High Park, The Junction, Roncesvalles + Bloor West Village. Dundas West Subway + the UP Express (Union to Pearson Airport Train) are both about a 10 minute walk from our door. The space The space is cozy and private in our basement with your own entrance. There is a queen bed in our open studio space. We allow well behaved dogs and cats. There is an area for working with a table and chairs. There is a bulkhead on one side of the unit so tall people beware. Guest access Please come to the side entrance down the lane and you can check in between 4 - 11 p.m. A parking permit is available through the city of Toronto website. Approx. $14 per 24 hour permit. During your stay We are generally around the house during the day if you need anything. We love to help with advice on where to go and what to see in our great neighbourhood and city. The space is completely separate so you can have as much privacy as you wish. Other things to note There may be a little noise during the day as we work from home and Duncan barks at the occasional passerby. There is a bulkhead in the space so people over 5'9' need to take care. Please note that we only accept guests that had their identification verified through the Airbnb website.
