Little Cottage - Sleeps 2

The Little Cottage is a one bedroom ground floor cottage with level access. There is a well equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. There is a master bedroom with en-suite facilities (there is room for a cot if required). PLEASE NOTE: The small indoor pool and games room are now closed but guests of Kingston have free access to the McCaulay's Leisure Club in Dinnaton near Ivybridge with a 25m pool, gym, and golf course. The space It has recently been refurbished and is open to the rafters which gives it a spacious feeling. There is a well equipped kitchen area adjacent to the living room where there is a new leather sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player, table and chairs. There is a beautiful master bedroom with a king sized oak framed bed and en-suite facilities (there is room for a cot if required). Outside there is a paved courtyard area with a table and two chairs with secure parking. This is located off-site in ivybridge which is approximately 20 minutes away by car.  Please note there is no longer a swimming pool or games room on-site. Other things to note To ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable stay we kindly request that there is no loud music after 10 pm at night.
