Saffron Cottage is a stunning, light filled, contemporary property. It is furnished in a high quality Scandi-style and the open plan ground floor is spacious, very comfortable and ideal for a sociable holiday. It has underfloor heating, a beautiful log burner and a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook, bake or BBQ! There is super fast broadband and great WiFi in all rooms. There is a flat screen Smart TV (Netflix). ** This is a SUNDAY - SUNDAY booking, but flexible outside of the peak season. The space As you walk into this light-filled property, there is cosy underfloor heating and a wonderful log burner which means you can enjoy the cottage all year round, regardless of the Cornish weather! There is a ground floor shower room, with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The large open plan living, dining and kitchen has plenty of space to either watch tv, play games or relax and enjoy quiet time. There is a generous dining table with eight chairs and a kitchen with every utensil and bit of kit you need to cook or bake anything, with a Nespresso coffee machine to keep you going! Whilst enjoying the sunshine, large glass doors will lead you out onto a contemporary, spacious composite decking area with dining for eight, parasol, bistro table and chairs, sunbeds and a BBQ. There is also a large, secure shed for bikes/boards etc. An outdoor hose with hangers is handy to wash off wetsuits and sandy bits! The outdoor space is filled with lavender, agapanthus and ferns. Upstairs leads to a family bathroom with a bath and four bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a super comfortable king size Simba bed and an en suite shower room. There is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a bunk bed room with children's books for bedtime. Our cottage is much loved and always maintained to the very highest standard, right down to the bone china dinner service and mugs! We hope that you will enjoy the peaceful and beautiful location. Please note, there are no amenities in the village and a car is necessary. Guest access Entire property with parking on the drive for up to three cars. There is a step into the house. Other things to note This is a SUNDAY-SUNDAY booking, particularly during the peak holiday periods. Please do contact me if you would like to stay on different days and we maybe able to accommodate this. Also, a minimum rental period of 3+ nights is possible during off peak times and this can also be discussed and hopefully arranged! Thank you.
