Surrounded by all of La Cala's great restaurant and amenities, this petite apartment could not be better located! The space One of the few holiday apartments that are truly in the centre of La Cala de Mijas. Walking distance from the beach (literally 175 metres) and absolutely surrounded by any necessary amenities at walking distance: loads of free parking, supermarkets, all major banks (6 branches), bars and restaurants of many, many nationalities (British, Thai, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, fusion, tapas, Turkish, Norwegian...), shops, cafés, pharmacy, parks, playgrounds... This mini apartment sleeps 2 or 3 people as the bedroom features a large double bed (135cm mattress) and a single bed (90cm mattress). Despite its tiny size (seriously, it's small), it features a bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, tiny hall and a kitchen-dining room equipped with all necessary appliances, including washing machine. It also features a Full HD 32" TV and a Sony Playstation PS3 system. It's small but cosy! COVID-19 UPDATE: We have increased the cleaning price in order to make complete disinfection cleans after every stay. On top of our normal intensive clean, all surfaces are disinfected with special products, with additional emphasis on light switches and all handles and leavers on doors, cupboards, drawers and wardrobes. Guest access As this flat is in La Cala's town centre, it has no garden nor swimming pool. However, it makes up for that being a stone throw away from one of Spain's best, blue-flagged beaches and almost any possible desireable amenity. Other things to note We can arrange any special requirements you may have for your stay, for example for babies or elderly people, and we can also arrange your airport transfers.
