Very clean (germophobes love it!), Super Quiet super clean cottage 2 blocks from beach, dining and shops. Free street parking. Walk to 31 flavors, pizza, bakery, bars, restaurants, convenience stores, salons, massage, restaurants, coffee, barber, farmer's market, and hotel pool/spa. Please don't request dates before getting in touch with us. We'll need 2-week's notice during Covid to secure another place to stay in order to offer our home. We usually can't offer holidays, sorry. The space Cozy home with Window AC in the larger bedroom. Simple patio for grilling and dining. Furnishings/decor are a little different from that in the photographs. Our new photos will not upload so we had to use those taken when a previous renter lived in the home. That said, the overall appearance is about the same, aside from us being more minimalistic (less stuff makes it easier to clean). Deposit for dogs/cats is additional $1,000-$1,500 because Airbnb doesn't cover animal damages. No smoking please. No smoking please.
