On the ground floor, there is the large living room, one of the most charming rooms in the house, with direct views of the canal and a fireplace. On the same floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor houses the three bedrooms, which are fully furnished in keeping with the style and character of the house, along with the bathroom area. Going up one more flight, you reach the most special floor of the house: a second kitchen directly connected to the large private terrace. Here you can have breakfast outdoors, enjoy a leisurely lunch, open a bottle of wine at sunset, or simply pause to admire the view. The restoration sought to respect the soul of the building, preserving materials, proportions and elements consistent with its history while also incorporating everything needed for a comfortable stay. The result is a house that deliberately retains its imperfections, its details and its character: not a space built to look old, but a genuine historic residence brought back to life.
