Repeat NO stove. Your own private Weber grill. Charging station for your tech gadgets, has the best drinking water in the state and a bed you won't want to leave. You have customized controls for heating and cooling. Enjoy your own private courtyard where you can read, barbecue, whatever.... Use of the outdoor hot and cold shower is available to our guests at all times, (shared). Due to stone walkway please bring shower shoes/ sandals for a comfortable walk. The back deck is not available, it’s for the house guests only However, you will always have exclusive use of the small courtyard. I'll stock the Keurig bar and items for a continental breakfast. We are conveniently located off Route 4, this makes for easy access. Beach towels, 2 sand chairs and children's sand/beach toys are also available. You may park ONE vehicle in the driveway unless other arrangements are made. When bringing two vehicles, ( after being approved two) please park to the right and pull up close in front of the ornamental grasses. No keys- You will use a key less entry system. ***You may sleep three, though this space fits two more comfortably. This is a Studio (one room), or tiny home if you will. Again, I would like to emphasis two people are a better fit, however if you would like to have three in tight quarters that is fine with me.
