Tezari House - Greek village lifestyle

Our home is located on Rhodes island in Greece. It is a little gem at the traditional village Koskinou. As you get into the house from our cozy yard, you will travel back 120years, when this house was built as a wedding gift to the family’s daughter. You will be fascinated by the big stone arch, a symbol of glory and wealth of the family. You will step on the same handmade sea-stone floor, as the Tezari family did on their daughter’s wedding day, when they all danced in the central circle. At Koskinou you get away from the mass tourism of the coast and still only 10 min from Rhodes city! The house is a beautiful building, very exciting for children to explore and lovely for adults to relax in. Children usually prefer staying on the 1st. floor leaving the ground floor to the adults. Inside The house is a charming and stylish house, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a relaxing courtyard. The house is very spacious, as are the bedrooms. There are 2 high raised hand carved platforms in the living room where one double bed and one single bed is placed. This is apart from the bedroom on the 1st floor. The house has 2 exclusive bathrooms i all 3 showers and 1 amazing bathtub. The "Sala" living room has the hand laid small pebbles in the beautiful mosaic that is so typical for Koskinou and is nowadays priceless and hardly obtainable as the craftsmen to do this hard and heavy job are dying out. There is a cozy and modern kitchen in connection with the living room and the courtyard. Outside The courtyard has a dining area, flowers, a b.b.q. There is a big umbrella for the ones that prefer the shade. The courtyard can be reached both from the living room as well as from the kitchen. Location The neighborhood is so nice and sweet. Old little Greek ladies on the street, their grandchildren. If you wish atmosphere, and a feeling of home and happiness, then this is the right house for you. The area is the old village of Koskinou, with all old houses, local greek people, and no tourist crowds. And a few very nice restaurants around the corner, with homemade greek food, and a few supermarkets that have all you would need. Guests will have exclusive access to all the facilities in the house: living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, courtyard. There is local presence and can be contacted on a daily basis if needed. A mix of charme and comfort. A fantastic stylish location and neighborhood where you will have a very relaxing stay. There is a bus station just at a 3 minutes walk at the creperie.The bus will take you to a lot of beaches, like kalithea thermen spa beach and others, to the city of Rhodes, and towards the south like lindos and further south.
