A comfortable house in the outskirts of Lania Village in the Troodos region among orchards and vineyards. The house is a great base to experience this authentic part of Cyprus, it is fully equipped, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fireplace, central heating, fast WiFi, TV with Netflix & streaming channels and everything else you might need! Can sleep up to 10 persons. The space All 3 bedrooms have large beds and comfortably sleep 6 persons. In one of the living room areas, there is a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 persons. In the second living room area, the sofa can sleep 2 persons. Upstairs there is a WC/bathroom. The house is just 15-20 minutes from Limassol city in a peaceful nature setting at the outskirts of Lania village in a secluded cul de sac overlooking the orchards. GeThe house is just 10 mins walking from the center of the village where you can find cafes and restaurants. Also within 5 mins walking there is a cafe serving local sweets. In addition, amenities such as bakeries, kiosks and supermarkets can be found nearby just a 5 minute drive away. The house is on 2 floors: Downstairs main living room with open plan kitchen which has a 2nd living room and fireplace. Also 2 balconies, one on the front of the house serving the 1st living area, one at the back serving the 2nd living area. 3rd bedroom is downstairs with separate wc/shower room. Upstairs 2 bedrooms and wc/bathroom. All Bedrooms with luxurious high quality king size beds and the upstairs bedrooms have also a balcony. Also an additional 60m2 balcony on this floor. The house is really fully equipped - no need to bring anything just your own food! You will receive the house in an excellent neat and clean condition. If you wish, a cleaner can visit whenever required with an extra charge. I'm always in touch by text messaging or calls to make sure guests have all the tips needed and a wonderful time. Peaceful and quiet area with stunning views over the orchards and vineyards. Almond trees are surrounding the areas outside the house and during late winter/spring when they blossom its truly magical! In the garden of the house there is a fig tree that provides delicious organic figs during the summer. *** Free mid stay Housekeeping service every 7 days for stays of 14 days and above (upon request). Persons number 9 & 10 can sleep on the L shaped sofa in the living room. Please consider this prior to making a reservation. * Central heating (gas) is charged extra according to usage at current rates which are €4 per 1 indicator of the gas meter. The gas meter reading is done on arrival and departure day. * Electricity is included in the price for 25kWh per day which is more than sufficient for usage of all appliances at the property.
