In the surrounding area you can find famous vineyards that produce Dolcetto and Barbera, as well as hazelnut groves, where the famous “Tonda Gentile” type is cultivated. The outdoor area comprises a private park, where you can go on romantic walks. There is also a private, fenced meadow. There is a vegetable garden with fruit trees, which you are welcome to use. No pesticides or fungicides are used. Three car parking spaces are available. The house is fenced to the front (garden) and to the rear (vegetable garden) with a black iron fence. The park is partially surrounded by an iron fence and partly by plants and bushes.
