Well-finished villa with enchanting garden, lying on the green hills behind Forte dei Marmi.The large swimming-pool perfectly completes the relax-area of the property. A fabulous place to spend an enjoyable holiday in Versilia. The owners of the house live on the ground floor and have a separated garden and entrance. The swimming-pool is for guests only. The beaches of Versilia are five minutes far while the most important cities of Tuscany are all within grasp. The space The mansion is a two-floor building: the guests will occupy the first floor. It is composed by: - a large kitchen which is also a dining room, in the classical tuscan style, with a table fit for 8 people; - a single room; - a twin room with single beds; - a double room; - two bathrooms, with bathtub and shower; - two living-rooms, with sofas and tv. Both in the kitchen and in one of the living-rooms the guest shall find a fireplace. A corridor divides the day-area from the night-area. In the structure there's an air conditioning system and a washing machine, a dishwasher, a flat-iron with ironing board, hair-drier and kitchen appliances with the relative tools are at disposal. The ample garden is provided with chairs, tables, beach chairs and beach umbrellas; a fence separates it from the portion reserved to the owners. The swimming-pool is at disposal of the guests and it is divided in two sections with two different depths, and it's supplied with stairs, light and security borders. Guest access The guests shall have a private entrance with free parking and they shall access to the swimming-pool, the garden and the entire first floor of the villa, as shown in the pictures. Other things to note Villa Camelia is equipped with a photovoltaic system that produces 25 kilowatts of electricity per day.
