Stonehouse at organic winery at Lake Skadar north

The 300-year-old house is located in a village near Skadar Lake National Park, 15 km from the capital Podgorica and 45 km from Budva. The house is surrounded by vineyards and meadows. The house can comfortably sleep 4-5 people. The garden offers plenty of space for children to play, soccer goals, etc. The connecting staircase between the floors is equipped with a child lock. In addition to the double bed (160 cm), there are two pull-out beds (140 cm) available. The space The 300-year-old house is situated in a village on Lake Skadar, 8 km from the famous village of Rijeka Crnojevica. In recent years, it has been renovated with a lot of love and patience ;) The house itself is surrounded by vineyards and meadows. In total, the house has 90 m² of living space on three levels. A cozy terrace, barbecue area, garden shower are at your disposal. The bedroom offers a queen size bed (160 cm) and a single bed, the living room a sofa bed (140 cm). The house can comfortably sleep 4-5 people. On request, we can provide a baby crib. Children up to the age of 7 are free. An additional two beds can be added. The kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The entire garden area can be shared (hammocks, playground, etc.), as well as the fresh vegetables, tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, seasonal fruits, etc. from the garden. The accommodation is suitable for people who want to get to know a country and its traditions off the beaten track. The village does not offer shopping, please bring some provisions. The nearest grocery stores are located in Podgorica (20 min) or Rijeka crnojevica (15 min). There are several fish restaurants in the fishing villages of Karuc (10 min) or Rijeka Crnojevica. We provide 2 mountain bikes free of charge (or more on request) to explore the surroundings. A fun way to explore the rather hilly surroundings is an electric bike, which we offer for rent for 25 EUR/day. If you like hiking, there are some nice hiking trails, e.g. to the village of Karuc, starting directly from the house (5 km, 1 hour 45 min.). A very unique local experience is to go out with a local fisherman and bring the catch of the day. This happens very early in the morning, but is rewarded with an unforgettable experience and a delicious fish breakfast. We will be happy to organize this for you. There are many other things to explore and do. We are happy to advise you on hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, cooking and wine tasting etc. - let us know. Guest access The house itself and the terrace are yours. Our uncle Luka lives next door, he is a quiet guy and will not disturb your stay, but you should respect his privacy, especially around his house. Upon your arrival, we will show you the part of the property that you can move into and use. Other things to note We offer a mobile Wi-Fi router. If you want to stay in our house in early spring - until mid-April or late autumn from October - please remember that it can get cool. A well-functioning A/C heater on the middle floor and in the bedroom make the stay pleasant.
