The Sea Shed - Port Campbell

The Sea Shed is our guesthouse situated within the Port Campbell township. Suited for couples and solo travellers (Max 2 Guests only), It is a great base for your Great Ocean Road adventure. We offer a clean, warm & cosy space for you to enjoy, along with a large backyard and fire pit for those cooler nights. Surrounded by beautiful gum trees and within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, the beach and only a short 10 minute drive to the world renowned Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge The space The Sea Shed is located directly behind our home. On the same property. It is a double story shed renovated into a guesthouse. We originally lived here for a couple of years while building our house. We moved into our house in September 2017, while we never intended to rent The Sea Shed on Airbnb we thought it would be lovely to share it with likeminded travellers. It is not a 5 star hotel, but a self contained & cosy space for couples and solo visitors. It is fitted out with an air conditioner to keep you cool in summer and a wood fire to keep you warm in winter. *Firewood will not be supplied in December or January*. All other times, a small amount of wood will be provided for your stay. You enter through the bedroom glass door which is situated on the ground level, It is equipped with a wall heater. The toilet and bathroom are also on the ground level just a few steps from the bedroom (almost like having an ensuite). All linen and towels provided for your stay. Upstairs you have a large open area with kitchenette, lounge & dining. All basic kitchen essentials provided - glassware, dinnerware, cutlery, utensils, fry pan, saucepan and baking trays. Parking is not available on site but plenty of available parking on the street directly in front of our property. It is a quiet residential street with a copious amount of space for your vehicle. It’s only a short 15 second walk from your vehicle to the guesthouse so don't worry! While milk, porridge, coffee, tea and sugar are provided, we are not a traditional 'b&b' with a hot breakfast offering. The Sea Shed is completely self contained so it allows you to cook from home rather than eating out if you wish to do so. Guest access Guest Parking on the street only. (free parking). Located directly in front of our property. Once you've parked on the street please walk up the driveway to the Blue Shed behind main house. Entry to The Sea Shed is through the black framed glass sliding door on the far end of the shed. Other things to note Please note The Sea Shed is located in our backyard, directly behind our family home. You are welcome to enjoy the backyard and its facilities but the back workshop/studio is completely off limits. Please remember: No smoking or Vaping. Breakfast is not provided.
