''Moro di Venezia'' is a duplex apartment located between Arsenale and St. Mark's square. It has been completely refreshed and furnished with a lovely style. It's composed of a lounge with kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom and full bathroom. The space ''Moro di Venezia'' is a duplex apartment located between Arsenale stop and Campo della Bragora square. The independant entrance leads to the apartment. On the first floor there's a kitchen with comfortable sofa, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower; on the 2nd floor there's the double bedroom. The building looks like a small castle: it used to be an antique Venetian palace! It will make you feel like a real Venetian... Please keep in mind that Venice is built on water. If you have problems with mosquitoes, make sure to bring or buy mosquito spray in advance! Guest access This apartment will be yours during your stay: you will have access to all its parts and facilities. Other things to note This cozy apartment is ideal for a family of four and for people loving the good style! Close to the Biennale and just 5 minute walk to St. Mark's square. The Simply supermarket is 3-4 minute away. BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL YOU WILL BE ASKED TO FILL OUT OUR REGISTRATION FORM WHICH IS MANDATORY ACCORDING TO ITALIAN LEGISLATION AND NOBODY MAY ENTER THE PROPERTIES WITHOUT IT. We have a lot of mosquitos in Venice, please don’t crush them on the wall, but use the spray. You are kindly asked to separate and eliminate the garbage according to the rules before your check-out (from Monday to Saturday between 08.00 and 10.00 am, Sunday no garbage service!): bringing either to the closest garbage collection point or giving them to the garbage man.
