The Miramar vacation home is located in the middle of the garden of the Finca Gerardo, surrounded by orange trees and frangipani flowers and with a terrace overlooking the bay and the sea. Finca Gerardo is ideally located, away from traffic at the end of a small street, yet within walking distance of the promenade, cafes, restaurants and all shopping facilities. The main beach Playa Maria is also only a few minutes away and even Playa del Ingles is not far. The space The vacation home has two bedrooms in the back area, each with two single beds combined into a double bed. The front area consists of a large room with a fully equipped kitchen and a somewhat separate dining area and living room with a new comfortable sofa. The total living space is 64 square meters. The terrace is also the entrance area and is very spacious. It is ideal for breakfast in the morning in the first rays of the sun or during the day either in the sun or in the shade on the loungers. Guest access Guests have sole access to the entire property and terrace. There are two other apartments on the property. To get to the property, you go up two stairs through the garden. The garden is accessible to all guests.
