Near 110FWY, 105FWY, 405FWY, 91FWY. 15 minutes from Manhattan Beach,Hermosa Beach,Redondo Beach &Marina Del Rey. 20 minutes to LAX. 3 minutes from two Casinos. The Los Angeles Lakers,Chargers,Rams,Dodgers,Clippers,Angels& NHL Kings are 20 minutes away. Near USC,Cal State Dominguez,Disneyland&other attractions. The space Great for individuals traveling for business that want a nice, peaceful, clean, quiet place to rest. The room has hardwood floors & white plantation shutters that cover the windows. It comes with a queen sized bed, television with directv, microwave, shelving, reading chair, night stand, lamp & clock. *DVR is not for guests use. Please do not record any shows or movies. Do not order movies or any pay per view TV. Guest access Guests have access to their room/living space & the bathroom. Guests can enjoy sitting on the lawn swing located on the grassed area in the backyard. If move anything in room or out please placed were found before leaving. During your stay Guests can message me thru the Airbnb platform or via text message for answers to additional questions etc that they may have. Other things to note PLEASE set your accommodation expectation appropriately. You are staying at our home not the Marriott or Ritz Carlton. CHECK IN/OUT: For guests wishing to check in early there is a nominal fee of $25 due and payable at time of check-in. For guests wishing to have a late check out there is a nominal fee of $25 due and payable at time request is made. IF granted, the latest check out time will be 1pm. Late check out fee begins at 10:01am. No Exceptions. LAUNDRY: *Service Currently Unavailable* For your convenience one FULL load of laundry per stay can be done for you. The total cost is $10. The host will wash ($5) & dry ($5) one FULL load for you. No partial loads accepted. Guest should message host informing them that this service is desired, once host replies, then guest will be instructed to place their laundry into washer & host will get to it at some point in the day (unless otherwise stated). This should be done between 10am-3pm. Fee is due at time of request. PERSONAL ITEMS: No personal items are to be left in shared bathroom under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: Towels, wash clothes, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair supplies I have a small dog, poodle mix, acquired during the coronavirus quarantine, as a companion for my child & a king charles cavalier spaniel. If throwing away trash or entering backyard for any reason, Always close & lock the white pedestrian gate which gives you access to the backyard. Even if just running in or out for "a quick second" close & lock it. I have a small dog, puppy & small child. I would not want any of them to wonder into the front yard & an accident occur. CLOSE & LOCK OUR GATE IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTERING AND EXITING IT.
