The space The house, exclusively available to customers, is equipped with: - security door - free Wi-Fi - air conditioning Inside, visitors will find the map of the city with the indication of the sites and monuments of interest. The total area is 56 square meters, of which 40 are usable and walkable. It is structured as an open space; however, the sleeping area enjoys privacy thanks to a partition wall. There is a double bed (160x190) and a sofa with two mattresses (90x200 cm and 90x160 cm). The apartment is therefore suitable for a stay for 3 adults The kitchen is livable, equipped with everything you need to cook and various accessories: - fridge - freezer - microwave oven - coffee maker - electric kettle - dishwasher (tablets included) The bathroom is equipped with bathroom fixtures and a small bathtub, the floor is made of teak wood and the walls are covered with Bisazza mosaic. Visitors will be provided with: -sheets - towels -duvets -bath foam, shampoo - hairdryer - dishwasher tablets Tourist Tax is NOT included in the daily rate (€2 for each adult for the first 5 days to be paid in cash at the time of check-in).
