Private room of 10 m2 in a beautiful apartment of 75 m2, quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is very lively, lots of bars and delicious restaurants nearby. Metro is a 7-minute walk or 2 very frequent bus lines Supermarket open until 10 p.m. Possibility to cook in the kitchen. I am the owner, I live and work in this apartment.
