Easy access by car (or 20-minute walk) to our famous Lakeshore Boulevard with its stately homes and lakeside parks and marinas. Lake St-Louis is part of the St-Lawrence River. We are surrounded by cycling paths and our guests have access to two bicycles and helmets for their enjoyment. The space The apartment with its private access has a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. This is a ground-floor apartment, not a basement apartment. No stairs to climb. Guest access Private access to your living quarters with access code. Access to your private covered outdoor living space including BBQ and dining table. Our back- yard is fully fenced-in so Fido has lots of space to roam around. We have a labrador (Logan) and a cat (Noel) on the premises, but Noel does not go outside. Other things to note In addition to cable TV we have now added Netflix for our guests' enjoyment.
