Light and airy room in leafy suburb

Close to nearby Rosebank and the train, our large bed-sit room comfortably can sleep two. Importantly there is a recently installed solar power system with battery back ups so we can keep the lights on and the internet running. There is off-road parking in this very safe and quiet central neighbourhood. The space is separate from the house - you can come and go independently. The space Our room is upstairs and separate from the main house where we live with two dogs and a cat. It overlooks the garden which has a natural pool. You are welcome to use both. The space includes a cooking area as well as a good desk and internet Guest access We will give you your own access keys and you are welcome to use the garden and the pool. There is a washing machine which you can use. Other things to note We have animals - dogs and cats. Please note the recently installed solar and battery-back up. To keep everything working we encourage careful use of power especially appliances like kettles and hairdryers.
