Many shops are 200 m away (grocery stores, bakeries, delis, butcher, florist, banks, supermarket...). Ideal for couples or solo travelers. Suitable for sleeping up to 3 people (mezzanine double bed and mezzanine single mattress). Independent access is through the garden gate. The space The small house is at the back of our garden, we have carefully furnished and decorated it, so that you feel good there. Guest access You have access to the washing machine and dryer in our garage. A space in the garden is reserved for you with a table and chairs. Other things to note 🚨 ATTENTION 🚨 as everyone heats differently, and to encourage not to heat unnecessarily, the electricity consumption for HEATING is in addition, at a cost of €0.22/kWh. A meter reading is taken upon check-in and check-out. Included is €1 of electricity per day for light consumption, sockets, water heater, oven. it's only the heating that's extra. the radiators are new and inertial, so quite economical.
