Casa da Avó is a very large Algarve farmhouse that maintains the typical layout of the region, with a very large swimming pool and private garden with beautiful views of the mountain coast and city, barbecue and outdoor dining area with garden furniture. Both share a bathroom with shower, which is next door. On the 1st floor, we find the main en-suite bedroom, tastefully decorated, air-conditioned, with a bathroom with a bathtub and a sliding window with access to the terrace with sun loungers, which offers, in addition to moments of rest and privacy, a beautiful view of the city of Faro, the mountains, the sea, the pool and the garden. And a second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, which benefits from natural light and access to the terrace, also has a private bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, maintaining the traditional features with the large fireplace, where meals were once prepared, and the stone sink, which transports us to the old rural and genuine Algarve. Next to it is the laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. From the kitchen, you can access the dining room, where a large table and 8 chairs invite you to have good family meals. The garden surrounding the house is very large and has several different areas, offering a wonderful family vacation. Here you will find several species of palm trees, a large olive tree that shades some garden benches and swings where the little ones can have fun and play, as well as other fruit trees, very common in the Algarve. The beautiful lawn, in front of the house and next to the pool, has soccer nets, badminton and allows the practice of a wide variety of games for everyone.
