The home has Three bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and one bathroom. • Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Size Bed • Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds • Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds The space A lovely spacious lounge with Sky TV including Sports Channel and a heat-pump for those chilly nights. There is plenty of off street parking and the unit comfortably sleeps up to six people. From the front of the property you can check out the lake conditions for an early morning fish, afternoon sail and you can even check out the mountain conditions for the perfect ski day. Situated on the Napier Taupo Highway just off Lake Terrace it is the perfect location for all those special sporting events. If you are heading to Taupo for one of the many events Taupo has to offer then this property is perfect. Other things to note • This is a classic Kiwi Bach as we know and love, it is a simple and affordable shared home, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupo. For this reason there may be some personal belongings. • Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)or use our hire service. If you wish to add the linen hire of $17.25 per person please select this option when booking or let us know in the comments section. • We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted. • The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. • For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. • It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed. • All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. • A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal. • All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
