"The Albatross" is a 2 Bedroom Cottage Unit in my Beach Duplex on a nice Family-Oriented street Close to the Sand (3 min easy walk to the Beach). Restaurants and Convenience store nearby. Accommodates 5 people comfortably. Palace Playland/Pier is a 15 min walk: We have a Hammock, Smokeless Fire Pit, and Gas Grill in Private Yard. Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, Cooler & Beach Wagon. A/C, Wifi & Full Kitchen : All Linens Provided : Everything you'lll need for a Perfect Family Vacation! The space Location! This recently renovated child and doggie friendly cottage has been well maintained and is in excellent proximity to the beach. Just a straight 3 minute walk will get you to the ocean. There is a convenience store right around the corner. Our humble abode has everything you need for a great vacation and more! Guest access You are renting the REAR unit of a nice cottage duplex, which is separated by a privacy fence as well as a fireplace which bisects the units. For your check in convenience, I will notify guests via text or phone call with a keyless entry door code. Other things to note Old Orchard Beach has a passenger train called the 'Downeaster' that runs all through the summer, as well as a freight train. My property abuts the rail tracks through a wood line, so you will hear the train (as all residents do to some degree in OOB). This town is very much active through June, July, and August!
