The space The villa is accessed from Via Ichnusa, the main street, via a flight of stairs of about 30 steps. At the entrance, the garden and the fully furnished veranda. Inside, the apartment consists of a  living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed plus a pull-out bed, 1 bathroom + a toilet (inside the second double bedroom), all elegantly furnished with a maritime character that make Villa Finamore a typical holiday home. Minors up to the age of 10 are exempt from paying the tax. At the beginning of the stay, the sum of €300.00 must be paid as a refundable deposit at the end of the stay, to guarantee any damages that may be found upon return of the property. A penalty of €50.00 to €150.00 will be applied if the separate has not been done correctly. The rules and the corresponding calendar are in the house. Air conditioning (split located in the bedroom and in the living area) is included for 30 shots per week calculated by a shot counter located inside the property; beyond 30 shots, the cost is €1.00 per kW/h.
