The Locanda del Podestà is an old residence built around the seventeenth century. Located in the historic center of Montespertoli on Via Volterrana, it is half an hour from Florence. Montespertoli is located in the middle of the Chianti hills in a central position with respect to the major art cities of Tuscany, in just under an hour you can reach San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Siena, Volterra, Livorno, Pisa and Lucca. The space The house is for exclusive use and is developed on two floors with two distinct entrances, one on the garage side, where there are two covered and two uncovered parking spaces, and the other entrance is located in the square where there is direct access to the historic center . The villa offers 5 bedrooms, one of which is located in the mezzanine, 4 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. In addition to having a terrace overlooking the countryside, the villa offers a small swimming pool as well as a courtyard where it is possible to eat outdoors and use the barbecue. Guest access The villa is completely available to guests and all spaces are freely usable. Other things to note The residence does NOT have air conditioning but ONLY fans. In winter the use of heating is included in the price of the house, but its use is limited (by municipal ordinance) to the period from 10/15 to 04/15 for a maximum of 10 hours a day (except for particular weather conditions adverse) and set to a maximum temperature of 21°.
