17c Grade 2 listed barn .

The Barn is a wonderfully calm space with original A frame beams and spiral staircase. The owners live in a thatched house on the same site but The Barn is totally private. We are on the A50 which is a main road between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel and is very convenient for M6 and M56 . Please be aware that there can be road noise .Please read the full description below for all other details in terms of room size etc .Once you book you can see the address in the location section. The space There is one double bed in the bedroom which is upstairs - access is via a spiral staircase which is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Downstairs there is a small double sofa bed and bedding for families or extra guests . There is a shower in the bathroom, no bath . The space is small but as per reviews this has not hindered anyones stay . If you are over 6ft tall you will be very limited in the bathroom ! Internet is fine. Guest access The barn is a seperate building and the guests have use of all amenities in the barn, the owners live on the same site in the cottage next door. Other things to note From M6 take J 18 follow signs for Holmes Chapel . At roundabout turn right and follow A50 for approx 5 miles . You will pass a golf driving range and a garage and then we are right after what used to be the All in One garden centre , turn sharp left into the driveway . Please also note that as we are set back from the A50 there can be some road noise, our guests have never had an issue but we feel its necessary to point out that we are not in the middle of nowhere :) The address is London Road barn London Road Allostock WA169LL Please note that while we accept dogs we cannot accept cats due to allergies thanks. If you would like to bring a dog it is 10.00 per dog and We need to know in advance so that we can alter the price. We ask that dogs stay downstairs thanks. Please note that though there is a garden in front of the barn there is not a fenced areas for dogs though plenty of walks nearby.
