This traditional style Chincoteague home has an eat-in kitchen, living space, a single bedroom downstairs, and two full-sized beds in an upstairs loft. There is one full bath that includes a washer and dryer. The home could sleep a family maximum of 6 (adults with children), or about 4 adults. The home has central air. Parking is available for two vehicles. The house is located close to Memorial Park (site of the annual pony swim) which has a playground for children, tennis courts, as well as free fishing for out-of-state residents who may not hold a fishing license. Minutes away from Assateague Island, enjoy sitting on the back porch after a long day at the beach. Rest comfortably inside this quaint little home! Please Note: NO Wifi or cable at this time!!
