Enjoy a cosy, well presented, relaxing home as you step into the house. The home has been interior designed/furnished with your comfort in mind. All appliances/supplies in the home are of premium quality. The home is: * 5-10 mins drive to CBD, airport, shopping centres and hospital. * 5 mins walk to petrol station/supermart express-cafe. * 5-8 mins drive to parks/Freeway. * 40 mins drive to Rutherglen wineries. * 1.5 hrs drive to snow fields. The space There is fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need and 2 main living rooms. All areas/storage are clearly labelled for ease of location of what you need. The main living room offers a gas log fire heating to add to the ambience and cosiness of the the home in winter. Please turn off the fan at the power point once the gas heater is turned off. There is an additional sitting area, kitchenette and full size fridge for your use at the rear of the house where your rooms are located. Each of the rooms in this area is equiped with TV - Netflix available and split system air conditioner/heater. A sliding door separates this area from other parts of the home if you require privacy from the main part of the home. Enjoy the manicured garden all around. Step out to the backyard and feel relaxed with a cuppa watching the chickens graze/dirt bathing or bird watching and listening to the native birds. You are welcomed to request any eggs or organic produce in season. Guest access All areas in the house except where indicated and for host's use only, chicken area and shed. Guest have their own fridge for use, milk, 2 jugs of water will be provided. Other things to note Self check-in (key safe) anytime after 4 pm. Details will be sent through via messaging on the day of arrival. For earlier check-in time or any other requirements, please contact me. Please use main bins located behind the kitchen window wall out in the backyard carport for soiled nappies , cigarette butts and bulky waste. There is also a special recycle bin mainly for recyclable bottles as you walk out the rear sliding door. In summer, sweet things left anywhere else attract ants .
