Located just 4 miles from Beaver Stadium and campus, this lovely 2-story home on 6.5 acres. Making your stay quiet and private with the convenience of being in State College. The home has great living spaces on a very private lot located right on Mount Nittany! Enjoy a close up view of Mount Nittany and maybe even decide to take a hike! Our back property line adjoins the Mount Nittany Conservancy blue trail. The newly renovated kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, as well as hardwood floors throughout. Downstairs living area was renovated to feature an open floor plan for gatherings. There are 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 3 twins and 1 twin futon) with 2 full baths and 1 half bath, as well as multiple flat screen t.v.'s. We also have a large sectional sofa in main living and two futons in second living area. Great for accommodating large groups and families for any event or occasion! Sleeps 13 which will be our max rental capacity.
