My place is a modern, newly renovated independent 1BhK in a gated society, located in the heart of Viman Nagar, 2 km from the Airport, with convenience stores and cafes within 200 mtrs. Tastefully done up, with a pleasing ambiance, it is equipped with all the basic amenities for short and long stays. While ideal for solo travelers and couples, the sleeping arrangement can comfortably accommodate upto 4 guests (at no extra cost!). The place is absolutely safe for solo women travelers. The space You get to have the entire apartment to yourself! Located on the 1st Floor, the place is clean, artistically done up with a youthful, chic & peppy decor, ambient lighting, and furnished keeping in mind the needs & comfort of the new age traveller. The unit comprises of a living cum dining room with an attached balcony, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The entire house gets plenty of natural light and fresh air. The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a wardrobe with a full- length mirror fitted inside. Clean linen and towels are provided, along with bathroom essentials: Hand-wash and Shampoo. 4 guests can comfortably sleep in the house: 2 in the bedroom and another 2 in the living room as the sofa cum bed can be unfolded into a queen-sized bed. Living cum Dining Room has a TV and a Dining table that can also be used as a work station. The living room has a small collection of books and magazines for light reading and also some fun card games for recreation. The kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, Water-purifier, Microwave, Gas-Stove, Pop-up toaster, Utensils & Cutlery. Guests can cook their own meals. Cooking essentials like Oil, Salt and Pepper are provided. Grocery shops & eateries are located within 200 mtrs. I will be happy to recommend some nice pocket friendly and healthy cafes for meals. Most eateries also home deliver through food apps like Zomato, Swiggy & Uber-eats. Local home-made tiffin services for lunch & dinner at nominal cost are also available in the area. A couple of laundry shops are located within 500 mtrs offering affordable laundry services, and some also offer home pick up & drop facility. The house has a private inverter power back-up in case of power failure, though rare in Viman Nagar. The back-up covers lights, fans, TV and select plug points.
